Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team at enquire@extralifespan.com within fourteen(14) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Extra Lifespan will provide a gift card, exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment if:

1. Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase and;
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

If you believe your item is faulty after the 14 day time criteria, Extra Lifespan may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if the item is deemed faulty.

If the item is not deemed to be faulty and Extra Lifespan agrees to accept its return and issue a refund, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from said refund at the sole discretion of Extra Lifespan management.
